Youth Seminar - "Geodesy and Travels"

The annual youth seminar organized jointly by the Federation of Scientific and Technological Unions, the Union of Surveyors and Landowners in Bulgaria and the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) - Faculty of Geodesy will take place on April 19, 2016. The theme of this year's seminar is "Geodesy and Travel." The planned program is a tour of the world - through the Sahara Desert, to the magnificent views of the glaciers in Antarctica, the exotic lands in the Gulf of Thailand and many other interesting places that a professional surveyor can find.

At the end of the seminar will be announced the results of the essay contest on "The world of geodesy in my eyes". GIS-Sofia supports the event and provides a range of materials for all participants, and for young artists in the race for the most successful essay diverse editions made over the years.

Registration of the participants begins at 16:0, Str. Smirnenski 1, UACEG, 318 Hall. The entrance is free.
